My Story

Rooted in Heritage.
Built for This Region.

I grew up just blocks from the Willamette Meridian Baseline in Aloha, Oregon — the very line that defines the legal boundary of every survey in Oregon and Washington. Most people walk past it without knowing it exists. For me, it was the beginning of a lifelong relationship with the land and the systems we use to understand it.

"Surveying isn't just what I do — it's what I've always been close to. That baseline shaped my understanding of this work before I ever picked up an instrument."

After years working in Oregon and Washington, I joined the Washington State Department of Transportation — where I developed a deep understanding of public infrastructure standards, precision requirements, and what it means to deliver work that affects entire communities. That experience shaped how I approach every project, regardless of size.

I founded Baseline Boundaries & Geomatics because I believed the region deserved a surveyor who was fully invested in it — not just completing jobs, but building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of the communities I call home.

Though the business is young, the foundation is anything but. Every project I take on carries over a decade of field experience, a commitment to honest communication, and a genuine belief that the work we do helps people build something meaningful.

My Philosophy

We Don't Just Deliver
the Survey. We Solve
the Problem.

Most surveyors hand off a dataset and move on. I stay engaged. If a question comes up mid-project, I want to be the person your engineer calls — not someone who's already on to the next job.

Working with developers and civil engineers has taught me that the survey is never really the end goal. The building is. The road is. The subdivision is. My job is to make sure the data I deliver never holds that bigger vision back.

◈
Clear communication from day one You'll know the scope, the timeline, and what to expect before we start — and I'll keep you updated throughout.
◈
Data that's ready to use Clean deliverables in the formats your engineers and contractors actually need — no extra steps, no back-and-forth.
◈
Accountability on every project I put my name and my license on every survey I deliver. That means something to me — and it should mean something to you.

Service Area

Eastern Washington
Is Home.

Based in the Tri-Cities, I serve developers, civil engineers, contractors, and property owners across Eastern and Central Washington — from Kennewick and Richland to Yakima Valley and beyond.

Knowing the land, the local jurisdictions, and the people who build here isn't something you learn from a map. It comes from years of showing up, doing the work, and being part of the community. That's what you get with Baseline Boundaries.
